My journey in community association management began over two decades ago, and it's been anything but ordinary. I've served as Vice President of my own HOA in Weston, Florida for over 20 years.

I've managed luxury high-rises, master-planned communities, and self-managed condos. I've sat in board meetings that went sideways, dealt with vendor issues that kept me up at night, and navigated the delicate balance of keeping residents happy while maintaining budgets.

Through it all, I learned one critical truth:

Most managers and boards aren't failing because they don't care, they're struggling because they don't have the right systems, tools, or support.

That's why I've dedicated my career to changing that.
